Terms of service

Version: 2026-10-22.

Effective date: October 22, 2026.

Who we are

Click2Approve is operated by Rostislav Semenov, an individual based in New York City, New York, USA. Contact: contact@click2approve.com.

These terms cover the hosted website and approval service. You accept them when you explicitly agree at signup. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Using the service

Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for your use and access you authorize. Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, bypass permissions, or disrupt the service.

Only upload and share information you are entitled to use. Give people required notices and obtain any necessary permissions. Unless we separately agree in writing, do not upload health records, government IDs, payment-card details, or other sensitive information requiring special regulatory safeguards. The service is not intended for emergencies or safety-critical use.

Your content and records

You keep your rights to your content. You allow us to store, process, copy, and transmit it as needed to provide and secure the service, follow your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership.

You choose recipients and sharing settings. Anyone with an active public receipt link can view its contents, including any disclosed names, decisions, or signatures. Review it before sharing.

Check documents, approvals, recipients, and results yourself. Keep independent copies of important records. Click2Approve does not provide legal advice or guarantee that an approval, signature, or receipt meets a particular legal requirement. File verification checks a recorded hash; it does not establish that a document is truthful or legally valid.

Payments, retention, and ending access

Paid plans renew at the price and interval shown before purchase until canceled or changed through the available plan controls. Taxes may apply. Payments are nonrefundable except where law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights remain available.

Requests and notifications on Personal Free and Business Trial have one-month retention; paid plans offer configurable retention. Downgrades can make older records eligible for deletion. Retention is not a backup. Failed renewals can suspend access immediately and lead to removal after the recovery deadline shown in the app. See Plans and billing and Retention and deletion.

You may stop using the service, cancel a paid plan through the available controls, or contact us about deletion. We may change or discontinue the service, or restrict access for nonpayment, misuse, security, or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue or preserve available records. Immediate action may be necessary. Ending access does not cancel amounts already owed or mandatory retention obligations.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security, or preservation or recovery of every record.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and lost profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from the service or these terms is limited to the greater of US$100 and the service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for gross negligence or personal injury. They do not waive mandatory consumer rights, statutory privacy remedies, or our legal duties to protect personal information.

Changes and disputes

We will identify changes by version, give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, and request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

New York law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in New York, without restricting rights to other courts or remedies required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
